We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to design develop and execute automated tests for our software applications. You will work with our QA team to ensure quality and functionality while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium Cypress or Playwright ensuring comprehensive test coverage across multiple platforms and browsers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand requirements create detailed test plans and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
• Identify report and track bugs using issue tracking systems conduct thorough regression testing and ensure software stability across releases and environments.
• Maintain and optimize test frameworks create and update test documentation and continuously improve testing strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design and implement performance tests to evaluate system behavior under various load conditions identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Participate in code reviews of test scripts and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high code quality standards.
• Analyze test results generate comprehensive reports and communicate findings to stakeholders including developers project managers and product owners.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in test automation and propose innovative solutions to enhance the testing process.
• Mentor junior team members in automation testing techniques and best practices fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement testability features and design patterns that facilitate efficient automated testing.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test data management strategies ensuring data integrity and test environment stability.
• Participate in sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
