Job Summary

Job Title: Full Stack Developer - (Java)

Experience Level:5 to 8 Years
Employment Type:Contract to Hire

Budget : Upto 90k per month

Need Immediate Joiners only.

Role Summary

We are seeking aJava Full Stack Developerto supportaccessibility remediation and enhancementsfor enterprise web applications. The role involves implementingcode-level fixes for accessibility issues improving UI components and ensuring applications align withWCAG accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java-based web applicationsusing J2EE technologies.
Update UI components to ensure proper semantic structure keyboard accessibility and ARIA compliance.
Develop and integrate REST APIswhere required.
Work closely with QA and accessibility teamsto validate remediation fixes.
Support application deployment and maintenance in J2EE application servers.
Analyze and implement accessibility fixesidentified through accessibility scans and audits (Good to have)
Participate in code reviews and technical troubleshooting.

Mandatory Skills

Strong understanding of HTML CSS and web application development
Experience working with Spring Framework
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and remediation practices
Experience with REST API integration

Preferred Skills

Experience with accessibility tools such as VFA axe or eGordian
Exposure to Sencha / Ext JS
Experience with Tomcat or WildFly
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
Experience with Oracle or NoSQL databases

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
