Job Summary
To execute the Property & Asset Management functional framework for Real Estate Services (RES) by providing specialist support in the stewardship optimisation and control of the Banks real estate portfolio and fixed assets across the full asset lifecycle from acquisition and commissioning through utilisation renewal and disposal in line with the Banks objectives.
The role contributes to value optimisation by supporting space planning utilisation efficiency and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining disciplined fixed asset management governance and doing so the role supports business continuity protects asset value and ensures current and future accommodation requirements are aligned to the Banks strategic and sustainability objectives.
Qualifications :
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Project Management Real Estate Property Studies Land Economics Valuation & Estate Management Engineering Facilities Management or any other related field.
Professional qualifications in Facilities & Asset Management Valuation and Property Management are highly desirable.
Experience Required
Real Estate Management
3-5 years
- Experience in property & asset management preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven experience in managing the lifecycle of fixed assets and leases including negotiations and the related regulatory compliance.
- Exposure to commercial or institutional property portfolios
- Familiarity with operational risk management governance frameworks and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Managing and engaging with various stakeholders at a senior level.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Report writing for management or governance forums.
