Job Summary
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager youll oversee some of the companys most complex and high-profile commercial drywall projects ensuring theyre delivered safely on schedule and within budget. Unlike many firms this company has well-defined rolestheir Project Managers are not expected to estimate. Your focus will be on running the work building strong relationships leading teams and delivering exceptional results from start to finish.
Youll collaborate closely with clients architects general contractors and internal field leadership playing a key role in driving operational excellence and maintaining the companys reputation for best-in-class performance.
This position is available due to continued growtha reflection of both the companys strong pipeline and its outstanding reputation in the commercial construction market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of commercial drywall and steel stud framing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage schedules budgets contracts and project documentation with precision and accountability.
- Oversee field operations and ensure alignment between office and jobsite teams.
- Foster collaboration among clients design partners and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Mentor junior project managers and field staff contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
7 years of experience managing commercial drywall and/or steel stud framing projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale high-value commercial projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build trust and motivate teams.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
