In this role you will plan develop and execute content that connects with customers across their journeyfrom discovery to retentionwhile maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice. You will work closely with Marketing Creative and Digital teams to plan create and manage content across campaigns and customer touch points while using insights and performance data to continually improve content effectiveness.

Develop and execute brand content strategy across owned and paid marketing channels both digital and offline.
Own end-to-end copy development for campaigns and marketing assets across channels and touchpoints while maintaining Marley Spoons brand voice and standards.
Use data and customer insights to create and optimiz content performance in line with campaign and business goals.
Own the regional content calendar and support campaign planning and execution across marketing channels and initiatives.
Partner with colleagues on the global and regional marketing culinary and merchandising teams to manage content from concept and ideation through brief development and delivery.
Stay up to date on content trends and best practices and contribute to the evolution of Marley Spoons brand and content strategy.
Support customer communications and additional ad hoc projects as needed.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism English or a related field or equivalent professional experience
3 years of professional experience in content marketing brand communications or copywriting roles
Exceptional writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong command of grammar tone and brand voice
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively with marketing creative and other stakeholders
Experience working with content management systems and project management tools (e.g. WordPress Asana Slack Google Workspace)
Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment and take ownership from concept to execution
Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to inform content decisions
Understanding of the customer journey and how content supports acquisition engagement and retention
Experience working with food DTC subscription or lifestyle brands
Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Looker Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager
Experience developing brand voice or messaging frameworks
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
