Job Summary
We are looking for an engineer dedicated to designing developing and maintaining observability solutions (logging monitoring and alerting) in onpremise environments. The role is responsible for creating and optimizing BGL tools integrated with group solutions ensuring full visibility over production availability and performance. The engineers will support internal teams in adopting modern observability principles (e.g. Dynatrace) and will proactively propose continuous improvements to the architecture and processes.
- Ensure operational conditions and manage LCM (onprem).
- Industrialize the management of Logging SRM Fusta CyberSOC Git Zabbix ILMT and Discovery infrastructures.
- Continuously improve and adapt the architecture to meet evolving needs (onprem).
- Implement the full endtoend log flow: generation collection transformation indexing (onprem).
- Develop and maintain BGL tools based on Sysdig and Dynatrace.
- Support and implement dashboards and alerts in Zabbix Sysdig and Dynatrace.
- Provide documentation and training for administrators and users.
- Act as a liaison between BGL Dev/APS teams and the group team.
- Coordinate activities between BGL APS teams and the GMON group team.
- Participate in group followup committees.
Qualifications :
- Full proficiency in French
- Good practical knowledge of technical English (capable of understanding and interacting in conversations in this language within the mission contex
- Strong expertise in Logging and Monitoring solutions: ELK (BGL SRM Fusta CyberSOC) Zabbix NOI ILMT Discover MonitoringNG LAAS Dynatrace Sysdig
- Experience with IT operations tools: SNOW OCSP Ansible Git Jira DSO
- Scripting skills: Python Perl Shell DSL YAML TPL
- FrontEnd and database knowledge: CSS HTML JavaScript SQL/DQL
- Advanced use of office and collaboration tools: PowerPoint Visio Confluence PowerBI
- Experience with IBM Cloud Linux Kubernetes
- DevOps practices and methodologies
