As part of the IT support team you are responsible for onsite support operations and system administration providing responsive and friendly end-user support infrastructure management and the continuous improvement of our workplace technology environment.
Tasks
We are looking for a team member who can:
- Manage the IT lifecycle (onboarding internal mobility offboarding etc.).
- Provide Level 1 and/or Level 2 support (introducing new hardware or software initial incident diagnosis logging tickets assisting with first-time login or settings configuration opening accounts/permissions performing maintenance troubleshooting and managing hardware inventory).
- Has experience with Jamf Intune Google Workspace & Jira Service Management.
- Proactively look for new and better ways to support our teams on the ground whether as a part of IT or as an advocate for service to other departments.
Requirements
Were looking for a team member with:
- A degree equivalent to a two-year postsecondary diploma (bac 2) or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply
- An enthusiastic and proactive mindset.
- A collaborative and team-oriented spirit.
- Fluent English skills German or French is a bonus.
