In collaboration with the team manager the coordinator analyzes validates and processes the flight hours and credits of the cabin crew (PNC) and flight crew (PNT). The person in this role ensures the accurate application of collective agreements and company policies before submitting data to Payroll. This position also supports investigations and collaborates closely with several departments.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze changes to actual crew schedules and confirm alignment with collective agreements and company policies.
- Review and investigate route changes and coding variations making corrections as needed to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Manage PNC monthly sick leave banks including accruals deductions and buybacks.
- Validate synchronization of PNT sick leave banks between AIMS and SAP.
- Process premiums overtime reassignments and drafted assignments in accordance with collective agreements.
- Prepare and share reports with Finance Human Resources Payroll and unions.
- Respond to crew inquiries complete flight hour and credit adjustments and maintain up-to-date crew information
Qualifications :
- High school diploma (DES) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aviation industry (for example: Flight Attendant) or in a role related to accounting or payroll.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities deadlines and multiple requests.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with various internal partners.
- Comfort with technology; knowledge of AIMS is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of PNC and PNT collective agreements is a significant asset.
- Oral and written fluency in French and English*
A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English both orally and in writing with colleagues customers and other stakeholders in Quebec the rest of Canada and internationally.
