- Short Term Parental leave position - March 2026 to February 2027
- Be the 1st point of call for all incoming calls & follow through with initiative
- Assist with quotations for Groups Corporate clients & outlets as required
- Assist in the planning of the daily activities for sales leaders
- Responsibility for updating & maintaining the Sales database
- Generate purchase requests & orders for the department.
- Ensure accurate meetings minutes are recorded & filed
- Distribute sales material as required for internal & external promotions
- Provide operational support with F&B service
- Administration as required for the Sales team maintaining electronic files
- Conduct competitive analysis & assist with the compilation of monthly Sales reports
- Impeccable grooming & presentation
- Superior communication skills
Qualifications :
- A genuine people person who can work collaboratively within the team & stakeholders alike.
- Have previous experience working within the Hospitality or Tourism industry.
- Outstanding professional communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent problem resolution skills
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong personal integrity with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Understanding of OPERA PMS & Delphi is highly regarded
- Have Full working rights in Australia
