Experience in the telco or IT industry ideally in a technical or presales role
Experience with Fortinet
Strong organisation and timemanagement skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CCNA highly regarded
Relevant IT qualifications
Ability to solve problems show leadership and work both independently and in a team
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Ability to collaborate effectively across the business and with external partners
Commitment to Aussie Broadbands values when making decisions
Ability to apply negotiation skills and think creatively

Design SDWAN Private Network Internet Fibre and Voice solutions for customers and partners
Develop postsale project scopes with the right stakeholders
Interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Understand customer needs and match them with the right products and services
Support the sales team by quoting complex solutions
Research technical product details when required
Provide presales technical expertise to the sales team
Produce highquality written solution designs and presentations
