Crafted is a series of life-friendly hotels and spaceswhere guests can be themselves and fill up on the good stuff: nature foodwellbeing craft people and play. We hope to open several hotels in the comingyears with our first coming in summer 2025: Crafted at Powdermills EastSussex.

As Demi Chef de Partie you will support the Chef dePartie in running a designated kitchen section. This role includes foodpreparation cooking maintaining hygiene standards and helping train juniorstaff. The Demi Chef must maintain high food quality consistency andpresentation while working efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all mise en place is preparedahead of service
Were looking for someone with:
A genuine passion for food and cooking.
Sound knowledge of food preparation andcooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand under pressure
Good communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of food hygiene and safetyregulations
Flexibility to work shifts includingweekends and holidays.
