Were partnered with a fast-growing e-commerce & marketing analytics SaaS start-up that helps online businesses make smarter decisions through privacy-compliant event-driven data.
This is a high-impact role for a logical structured technically strong problem-solver who enjoys ownership customer interaction and working at startup pace.
What youll do
Own end-to-end technical onboarding and integrations for new customers
Implement and troubleshoot JavaScript tagging APIs webhooks SQL queries and event-based tracking
Act as the technical point of contact during onboarding and early lifecycle
Provide 2nd-level technical support diagnosing issues before escalation to engineering
Translate customer requirements into clear technical solutions and feasibility concepts
Work closely with Product Sales and Engineering to improve implementation quality
Document learnings and reuse solutions across future client integrations
This is a hands-on role with real ownership from problem diagnosis through to permanent fixes.
What youll have
Strong JavaScript skills (event tracking tagging browser behaviour)
Experience with APIs webhooks SQL HTTP cookies and event-driven analytics
Background in technical onboarding implementation engineering or solution consulting
Confidence working directly with customers in a technical advisory capacity
Native-level English (German is not required)
A structured analytical mindset with high attention to detail
