We are looking for a strategic and creative (Senior) Demand Generation Specialist (SAP Business Suite) (m/f/d) who knows how to activate new target customers and create real momentum in the this role you will be responsible for generating demand with a strong newlogo focus across the full SAP Business Suite not by pushing isolated products but by telling an integrated value story that resonates with enterprise buyers. Your mission is to identify engage and qualify new potential customers and pass highquality BANTqualified opportunities seamlessly to the sales team.
- Develop independent targeted demand-generation strategies for newlogo acquisition within the SAP Business Suite context.
- Translate the Business Suite value proposition into concrete campaigns across solution areas (S/4HANA Public Cloud BTP SAC CX SuccessFactors Concur).
- Run account-based demand programs for defined ICPs and collaborate closely with Hunters and Sales Operations.
- Qualify leads and opportunities according to BANT criteria and hand over salesready leads to the sales organization.
- Utilize tools such as Dealfront LinkedIn CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to drive consistent pipeline contribution and optimize conversion rates.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Business Administration Marketing Business Informatics Computer Science or a comparable field.
- At least 3 years of proven success in demand generation within the SAP ecosystem ideally with clear evidence of pipeline impact in a B2B enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of the SAP Business Suite and experience with solutions such as SAP Public Cloud BTP SAC CX SuccessFactors or Concur.
- Experience with structured lead qualification (e.g. BANT) and a clear orientation toward newlogo pipeline building.
- A hunter mindset combined with high ownership creativity performance orientation and strong crossfunctional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
