About the Role:

Employment Type: Permanent Full-time
Work location: On-site in Balwyn

About You:

Demonstrated leadership experience either as a current Team Leader or in a senior/acting leadership role and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Hands-on experience in supporting individuals with complex behavioursand high intensity support needs.
A strong understanding and application of person-centred active support practices.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and foster a positive cohesive team environment.
