The Iberia Marketing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing omnichannel marketing and sales support activities for the Prescription dermatology portfolio across Spain and Portugal.
This role ensures the effective local implementation of brand strategies through the coordination of scientific events medical congresses promotional materials and sales support initiatives while maintaining full alignment with corporate strategy and compliance with regulatory and industry standards
The position plays a key role in supporting the lifecycle management of multiple specialty care products enabling commercial excellence through strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales Medical Affairs Regulatory Compliance Global Marketing and external partners.
Marketing Materials
Adapt and develop local promotional materials aligned with brand strategy
Coordinate review and approval process with Medical Regulatory and Compliance
Manage materials in Veeva Vault PromoMats
Coordinate stock and distribution of materials to the Sales team
Scientific Events & Congresses
Coordinate company participation in national medical congresses and scientific events
Manage logistics materials and booth coordination
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers
Ensure compliance with Farmaindustria / Apifarma and internal policies
Sales Support
Support Sales team with promotional tools and materials
Prepare internal presentations and brand communications
Provide training to Sales team on new materials and initiatives
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with Medical Affairs Regulatory Compliance Global Marketing and external agencies
Support implementation of omnichannel marketing initiatives
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal requirements
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Biotechnology or a related field (preferred).
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products therapeutic segments and market dynamics.
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
High attention to detail with a compliance mindset.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with tools such as Veeva Vault PromoMats (or similar) Excel PowerPoint Teams and SharePoint; IQVIA is a plus.
Languages: Fluent Spanish advanced English Portuguese is a plus.
