ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Executive Assistants thrive on navigating our creative retail environment. Providing reliable support to our leaders our EAs aim to help unify and improve the operational rhythm of an energetic passionate team of global change makers. We are always looking to network with talented EAs who love to work hard and share our vision - together we can do great stuff!
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in Executive Assistant roles - experience within a Retail environment is a bonus!
Highly organised with the ability to adapt and support changing priorities
Diary and email management experience
Youre a people person - people are at the heart of our Group and our EAs work closely together to support their teams
Knowledge of basic travel accommodation and expense procedures
Understanding of the fundamental budgeting processes and controls
