About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across EMEA supporting a diverse range of business units and functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across multiple countries ensuring efficient high-quality hiring aligned with business priorities.

This role is suited for a recruitment professional who is comfortable working in a regional international environment handling multiple requisitions simultaneously and adapting to different markets cultures and hiring needs.

What youll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across EMEA from intake to offer stage.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements hiring strategy and realistic market expectations.

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn job boards internal talent pools and referrals.

• Conduct structured candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills motivation and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth professional candidate experience.

• Collaborate with HR coordinators and onboarding teams to ensure compliant and timely hiring.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within the ATS.

• Continuously improve recruitment processes sourcing strategies and stakeholder engagement.

What were looking for

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment ideally within a multinational or EMEA-focused environment.

• Experience recruiting across multiple roles and functions (IT sales corporate or operational roles is a plus).

• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

• Business-level English (written and spoken).

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers when needed.

• Organized resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-country environment.
