We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner East Region (CEE) to play a critical role in shaping our regional hiring success. This is not a traditional 360 recruitment role instead you will act as a trusted advisor partnering with leaders across the East region building hiring strategies interpreting labourmarket insights and ensuring we are positioned to attract and hire the right talent at the right time.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers HR partners and our dedicated sourcing team who will execute the talent search. Your focus will be on strategy quality consistency and regional expertise.
This role is ideal for someone who brings strong regional knowledge of the East/CEE markets excels in crosscountry stakeholder partnering and thrives in a dynamic international environment.
What Youll Do
Strategic Talent Partnering
Act as the primary TA advisor for leaders across the East region (CEE) providing market insights and datadriven recommendations.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements workforce needs and longterm hiring plans aligned with business priorities.
Recommend optimal hiring strategies based on regionspecific talent trends competition salary expectations and cultural nuances.
Process & Stakeholder Excellence
Lead structured intake meetings to influence decisionmaking and set clear expectations for timelines candidate profiles and market realities.
Ensure a highquality hiring process by coaching managers on interview structure and best practices.
Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process in partnership with HR and the sourcing team to ensure a seamless professional candidate experience.
Talent Intelligence & Market Insight
Translate East region market conditions into actionable insights for the business e.g. talent availability salary benchmarks and competitor activity.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and hiring performance trends.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work in partnership with the sourcing team to align on talent pipelines role prioritisation and market challenges.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in TA processes tools and hiring manager capability.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within a multinational or regional (EMEA/CEE) environment.
Knowledge of East/CEE markets including labour trends cultural nuances and hiring landscapes.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
Experience managing multicountry hiring processes.
Businesslevel English (written and spoken) and ideally Czech and/or Polish.
Highly organised confident resilient and comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
Experience working with ATS platforms and HR systems.
