About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across EMEA supporting a diverse range of business units and functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across multiple countries ensuring efficient high-quality hiring aligned with business priorities.
This role is suited for a recruitment professional who is comfortable working in a regional international environment handling multiple requisitions simultaneously and adapting to different markets cultures and hiring needs.
What youll do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across EMEA from intake to offer stage.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements hiring strategy and realistic market expectations.
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn job boards internal talent pools and referrals.
Conduct structured candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills motivation and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth professional candidate experience.
Collaborate with HR coordinators and onboarding teams to ensure compliant and timely hiring.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within the ATS.
Continuously improve recruitment processes sourcing strategies and stakeholder engagement.
What were looking for
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment ideally within a multinational or EMEA-focused environment.
Experience recruiting across multiple roles and functions (IT sales corporate or operational roles is a plus).
Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
Business-level English (written and spoken).
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers when needed.
Organized resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-country environment.
