An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full HR function in a fast-paced regulated environment. The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can manage employee relations recruitment compliance and HR governance independently while supporting operational and business objectives.
- Degree BTech or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- 35 years experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong employee relations experience and proven ability to drive HR compliance and governance
- Experience in manufacturing chemicals or a similar regulated industry will be advantageous
