Job Summary
Locum - Nurse Practitioner - OB/GYN in Pendleton OR
Summary:
Join a dedicated team at a womens clinic in Pendleton Oregon where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in OB/GYN. This facility values experienced professionals who are passionate about womens health and wish to contribute to a supportive clinic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- IUD/Nexplanon insertion and removal
- Prenatal care including routine OB checks and management of normal pregnancies
- Collaboration with the on-call physician for natural and emergency deliveries
- Postpartum care and patient education
- Routine reproductive health care including pelvic exams and Pap tests
- Birth control counseling and contraceptive management
- Full-scope womens health services excluding endoscopic procedures
- Assist with C Section alongside OBGYN
Qualifications:
- Board Certified: BC REQUIRED
- State license: OR license REQUIRED
- Certifications: BLS DEA ACLS NPR REQUIRED
- A self-query NPDB report dated within the last 30 days is mandatory at the time of presentation REQUIRED
License and Certification Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current certifications in BLS DEA ACLS and NPR
