Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Provides pre- and post-sales support for multiple areas.
Reviews deals submitted in for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinates order fulfillment.
Ensures effective creation and submission of sales logs and reports.
Works across functional areas such as account administration and finance to troubleshoot client or internal issues.
Prepares sales performance and effectiveness documentation and reports for review by sales management and other interested stakeholders / parties.
Provides data and tracking metrics to support determination of incentive / commission calculations.
Supports implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
***MUST BE willing to be onsite 3 days a week at the client location in Richmond VA
