We are seeking a motivated relationship-driven Sales Manager to join our energized team during an exciting full hotel renovation. This is a rare opportunity to sell a story of transformation growth and whats next.

As Sales Manager you will drive group and catering revenue by cultivating relationships within targeted niche markets securing new business and leveraging renovation milestones as compelling sales opportunities. You will play a critical role in introducing clients to a newly re-imagined DoubleTree experience while partnering closely with our hotel teams to ensure successful events from contract to completion. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

What Youll Be Doing

Proactively sourcing and securing new group and catering business

Managing and responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries with urgency and creativity

Negotiating and executing group and catering contracts

Positioning renovation enhancements timelines and future product as key selling points

Supporting overall revenue goals and sales strategy alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing & Sales Team

Representing DoubleTree and HVMG with confidence warmth and professionalism

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is a plus. Qualified candidates should have:

• A college degree or a minimum of two years of hotel experience
• Full service brand experience and Delphi experience is a plus
