We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic this role you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions helping to enhance the overall customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently ensuring that each customer feels valued and understood.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone email and chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure timely follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions and feedback.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to management for process improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
