InMobi is seeking a high-performing analyst to support its fast-paced inorganic growth agenda. The role provides hands-on exposure across M&A capital raising and strategic planning as InMobi continues to scale globally.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising & Investor Relations

• Support end-to-end capital raise processes - from initial outreach and engagement to due diligence coordination and deal documentation
• Assist in preparation of fundraising materials - pitch decks financial models data room content and diligence packages
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape compelling narratives for investors lenders and the board level stakeholders
• Conduct market industry and competitor research to support capital raising strategies

Strategic Planning & Corporate Finance

• Build financial forecasts and analytical models for evaluation of business performance and key decisions
• Assist in long-range planning business reviews and executive-level presentations
• Translate market insights financials and internal data into clear recommendations

Inorganic Growth & M&A

• Support deal sourcing evaluation and execution across acquisitions investments and partnerships
• Conduct financial modeling valuation analyses market and competitive assessments
• Support due diligence deal documentation and post-close execution

What Were Looking For

• 13 years experience in investment banking PE/VC consulting or corporate development
• Strong preference for candidates with investment banking analyst training
• Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills; ability to translate data into insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive organized collaborative and willing to roll up sleeves
