BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
Key Responsibilities
This role acts as the central training orchestrator working closely with internal BYD teams (Product Sales Marketing) as well as external training agencies and the dealer network.
Training Program & Certification Design
Design the overall architecture of the BYD sales training program (onboarding continuous training new product launches technologies fiscal environment sales arguments).
Build and manage a structured sales certification pathway (levels prerequisites assessments validation tracking).
Develop and formalize training materials: presentations e-learning modules quizzes video content livestream scripts.
Training Coordination & Delivery
Act as the main point of contact for external training partners and agencies.
Coordinate and manage all training formats:
Face-to-face classroom training
Web-based and e-learning modules
Livestreams and digital training sessions
Build and manage the annual dealer training calendar.
Training Facilitation & Field Support
Personally deliver selected strategic training sessions when relevant.
Support the dealer network on the field to ensure proper adoption of training content.
Collect feedback from the network and internal stakeholders.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
Monitor training KPIs (certification rates attendance satisfaction training impact).
Continuously improve training content formats and processes in line with network needs and product evolution.
Profile & Experience
Proven experience in sales training training coordination or capability development ideally within automotive mobility or retail environments.
Previous experience as a Sales Trainer / Product Trainer is a strong advantage.
Strong project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Comfortable with digital learning formats (e-learning platforms webinars livestream tools).
Highly organized autonomous and network-oriented.
Professional-level English and French required.
