What Youll Do
Customer Obsession & Discovery
- Talk to customers weekly to deeply understand what theyre trying to achieve where they get stuck and what they actually want us to build next
- Run structured customer interviews and synthesize real insights that shape the roadmap
- Own and drive the beta program recruit participants gather feedback measure impact and iterate rapidly
- Translate customer feedback into clear problems not solutions
Product Vision & Execution
- Work closely with engineering design marketing and sales to define prioritize and ship product improvements
- Define user stories acceptance criteria and backlog priorities that focus on delivering value
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and adoption of product changes
- Ship iteratively and learn quickly the team operates in 2-week cycles and ships continuously
Strategy & Analytics
- Partner with leadership to refine the product strategy and roadmap based on real customer evidence
- Own product metrics and outcomes usage adoption retention satisfaction and use data to validate product decisions
- Be the voice of the customer in every product decision
Your First 90 Days
- Weeks 1-4: Conduct 15-20 customer interviews understand the current product roadmap and team dynamics
- Months 2-3: Own your first feature end-to-end from discovery through launch and measurement
- Month 3: Drive the beta program shape the next quarters roadmap and establish yourself as the customer expert on the team

What Were Looking For
Required
- 3 years in product management at an early-stage SaaS company or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles (customer success sales engineering consulting) where youve influenced product decisions
- Proven track record of customer discovery and turning insights into shipped products
- Experience working with engineering teams to deliver features from concept to launch
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with data analysis and defining/tracking product metrics
Bonus
- Experience with AI-driven products or conversational interfaces
- Experience launching and scaling features for non-technical users (SMB products a plus)
- Background in local business operations or understanding of SMB workflows
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel Amplitude etc.)
