An experienced Deputy Manager who is passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home maintaining high standards of care safeguarding and compliance.
You will lead motivate and develop staff step up in the absence of the Registered Manager and ensure a safe nurturing and homely environment. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a hands-on approach and a genuine commitment to childrens residential care.
