We are looking for compassionate patient and dedicated Residential Support Workers who want to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Building positive relationships with young people families and external agencies
Contributing to care plans and risk assessments
Supporting daily activities educational needs and emotional wellbeing
Maintaining high-quality records
Participating in training and shadowing shifts
Shift Pattern: 7:30am 11:00pm and sleep-ins 11:30pm 7:30am (2 on / 4 off rolling rota)
You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent
You only have HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience
You require sponsorship no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
