Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Support Executive to join our team. This role will provide essential support to the wider commercial sales team and deliver operational excellence across a variety of Samsung campaigns. The position offers exposure to multiple workstreams including always-on campaigns and ad-hoc initiatives ensuring a dynamic and varied workload.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational support for Samsungs always-on and ad-hoc campaigns ensuringtimelyexecution and alignment with businessobjectives.

  • Monitor and manage global lead generation activities ensuring data accuracy andtimelylead allocation.

  • Consistently achieve key performance indicators across quality customer satisfaction responsiveness conversion and revenue metrics.

  • Deliver commercialservice supportfor specialist accounts & wider sales team.

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels to support lead generation and service queries.

  • Support the distribution and collection of data for various campaignsprovidingactionable insights to drive campaign effectiveness and optimisation.

  • Work closely with commercial managers sales teams and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Key Competencies & Required Skills

  • Proven experience ina commercialsupport sales operations or administrativerolewithin a B2B environment.(Or similar environment)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite-familiarity with Salesforce is desirable but notessential.

  • Excellent communication skills across phone email and digital channels.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • Mustbe able to work from the Leeds office at least 2 days per week.
