Key Responsibilities
Deliver operational support for Samsungs always-on and ad-hoc campaigns ensuringtimelyexecution and alignment with businessobjectives.
Monitor and manage global lead generation activities ensuring data accuracy andtimelylead allocation.
Consistently achieve key performance indicators across quality customer satisfaction responsiveness conversion and revenue metrics.
Deliver commercialservice supportfor specialist accounts & wider sales team.
Handle inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels to support lead generation and service queries.
Support the distribution and collection of data for various campaignsprovidingactionable insights to drive campaign effectiveness and optimisation.
Work closely with commercial managers sales teams and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Key Competencies & Required Skills
Proven experience ina commercialsupport sales operations or administrativerolewithin a B2B environment.(Or similar environment)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite-familiarity with Salesforce is desirable but notessential.
Excellent communication skills across phone email and digital channels.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Mustbe able to work from the Leeds office at least 2 days per week.
