Your Role
As a Central Support Officer (CSO) within the After Sales department you act as a key interface between international clients and internal stakeholders. Using your technical expertise and coordination skills you contribute to the maintenance and optimization of complex industrial installations in the field.
This role is mainly focused on supporting customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Your Responsibilities
This is a technical and commercial role with a broad scope of responsibilities. You will manage customer requests from start to finish:
Act as the single point of contact for clients and coordinate all service-related communication
Advise clients proactively and reactively propose technical solutions organize inspections and prepare quotations
Coordinate (indirectly) the deployment of field service engineers and/or the shipment of spare parts
Manage the technical and financial aspects of service projects including preparation execution follow-up and reporting
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
Identify additional service and product opportunities and communicate them to the sales team
Propose improvements to after-sales processes to further increase customer satisfaction
Your Profile
Previous experience in a technical after-sales or service environment
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Proactive well-organized and solution-driven
Comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment
Enjoy working in a coordinating hub role between customers and internal teams
Your Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree level or equivalent through experience
Strong technical background demonstrated through education and/or relevant work experience
Experience in a commercial or customer-facing role
Hands-on mentality with a high level of initiative
Interest in industrial machinery and willingness to learn
Fluent English required
Knowledge of Dutch German and/or French is an advantage but not mandatory
