The Role
Were looking for an Advisor Recruiting Coordinator to run the operational engine of our Advisor Business Development team. Youll own the coordination and logistics that keep our recruiting machine movingfrom Discovery Days to contract execution to making sure leadership is focused on the highest-leverage activities. This is a role for someone whos highly organized proactive and wants to grow into a chief of staff or senior operations function as we scale.
Your Impact
- Coordinate Discovery Day logistics end-to-end delivering a seamless and memorable candidate experience
- Manage calendars and meetings for leadership protecting time for high-impact work and ensuring the right people are in the right rooms
- Facilitate the sales process executiontracking candidates through the pipeline and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Coordinate offers and contracts in partnership with HR and Finance driving deals to close
- Book travel and manage logistics for team events and candidate visits
- Serve as the operational hub across Advisor Recruiting HR and cross-functional partners
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement solutions before being asked
The Ideal Match
- 1-3 years in a coordinator executive assistant or operations roleideally supporting a sales or recruiting function
- Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and doesnt wait to be told what to do
- Strong communicatorwritten and verbalwho can work effectively with leadership and external candidates
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technically curious and quick to learn new systems (HubSpot Greenhouse Google Suite etc.)
- High EQ and professionalism when interacting with advisor candidates
Bonus Points
- Experience in financial services wealth management or fintech
- Background in recruiting coordination or sales support
- Interest in growing into a chief of staff or senior operations role
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting
