Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Business Analystwith strong expertise inLoan Origination Systems (LOS)andnCinowithin the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders product teams and technical teams to gather requirements analyze business processes and support the implementation and enhancement of lending platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements related toLoan Origination Systems (LOS)andnCino.
Work closely with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Support implementation enhancement and integration ofnCino and lending platforms.
Analyze current lending workflows and recommend process improvements.
CreateBRDs FRDs user stories process flows and data mapping documents.
Participate inUAT planning test case creation and validationof system functionality.
Act as a liaison betweenbusiness teams developers and third-party vendors.
Support system upgrades regulatory changes and lending process automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10 years of experience as aBusiness Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
Strong experience withLoan Origination Systems (LOS).
Hands-on experience withnCino platform.
Strong understanding ofcommercial lending or retail lending processes.
Experience working inBanking / Financial Services domain.
Strong skills inrequirements gathering documentation and stakeholder communication.
Experience creatingprocess flows data mapping and business documentation.
Familiarity withAgile / Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience working withSalesforce ecosystem (nCino is built on Salesforce).
Knowledge oflending regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience insystem integrations and data migration projects.
