Job Summary
Job Description
We are looking for a manager O & Mfor our upcoming manufacturing plant at Vadodara producing PV Ribbon Multi Tabbing PV Wire and PV Bus Bar. The role will be responsible for establishing smooth production operations ensuring product quality improving productivity and ensuring high equipment uptime through effective maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor complete production operations for PV Ribbon / Tabbing PV Wire / PV Bus Bar.
Ensure achievement of daily/monthly production targets line efficiency and productivity.
Troubleshoot production/process issues and minimize downtime.
Prepare and implement production planning & scheduling ensuring deadlines are met.
Drive continuous improvements to improve OEE reduce rejection scrap and wastage.
Ensure compliance to quality standards and execute rejection reduction activities.
Plan and execute Preventive Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance.
Ensure calibration and upkeep of quality instruments/equipments for uninterrupted QA.
Ensure compliance to Safety SOP TPM 5S Kaizen and statutory guidelines.
Lead train and manage shift teams for smooth plant functioning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in operations & maintenance in manufacturing setup (solar PV components preferred).
Strong hands-on understanding of production line control process troubleshooting and quality tools.
Experience in rejection reduction productivity improvement and manufacturing best practices.
Strong people management and shop-floor leadership skills.
