Defines Information Standards for their domain ( KPIs Hierarchical structures)
Defines and prioritises Data sets required to support their domain..
Data Set Creation
Supports the Information Architects in identifying source data and its owner.
Tests and validates data sets transformations etc.
Approves data sets for release.
Management of Data Catalogue
Works with Information Analysts to ensure Data sets are complete and available.
Works with Data Owners to address issues with source data quality.
Raises change requests and recommends for approval
Report/Dashboard Creation
Identifies requirements for reports or dashboards including KPIs dimensions user profiles
Creates/ co-creates dashboards using existing data sets.
D&A Daily Operations
Reviews dashboards on a daily basis to ensure data is complete and accurate.
Manages access requests and security requirements.
Trains end users on general skills required to use reporting tools and specifics of dashboards.
Management of report Catalogue
Works with Information Architect to ensure that report catalogue is up to date.
Governs report/ dashboard catalogue to ensure no duplication.
Reviews utilisation and seeks optimisation opportunities.
Accountable to identify the information needs for their domain develop and deliver the capabilities
