Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Quality Engineering team you will conduct manual and automated testing to maintain software quality and identify defects. As a Senior Associate you will mentor junior team members and continuously improve testing processes while collaborating with global teams. This position offers a unique chance to enhance your testing skills and contribute to the development of quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

- Conduct both manual and automated testing to confirm software quality

- Identify defects and recommend improvements to enhance testing processes

- Mentor junior team members to foster their growth and development

- Collaborate with global teams to align testing strategies and objectives

- Continuously improve testing methodologies to increase effectiveness

- Document testing results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders

- Participate in the development of elevated-quality software solutions

- Stay updated on the latest trends in quality engineering and testing

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or other technical discipline

- 5 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Proficiency in both Manual and Automated testing methodologies.

- Solid understanding of software testing principles methodologies and QA processes.

- Developing and maintaining automated test scripts like Python/C#/ Selenium Web Driver

- Execute test cases report defects and track issue resolution through tools like ADO (Azure DevOps).

- Continuously improving test automation processes

- Conducting manual and automated testing

- Understanding data testing and ETLs

- Collaborating with global teams

- Experience in Gen AI testing would be a plus

- Good to have Power Platform testing experience

- Mentoring junior QA team members
