Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Embedded / VLSI Testing Engineer with experience in testing fabricated semiconductor chips. The candidate will be responsible for post-silicon validation debugging and verification of fabricated ICs to ensure functionality reliability and performance of embedded systems and semiconductor devices.
Key Responsibilities

Perform post-silicon validation and testing of fabricated semiconductor chips.

Develop and execute test plans and validation strategies for embedded hardware.

Debug and analyze issues found in fabricated silicon devices.

Work with embedded boards and testing environments to validate chip functionality.

Collaborate with design verification and hardware teams to resolve defects.
-
Perform functional electrical and performance testing on silicon devices.

Support chip bring-up activities and failure analysis.

Create documentation for test procedures results and debugging reports.
Required Skills
-
Strong understanding of VLSI and embedded systems testing.

Experience in post-silicon validation / fabricated chip testing.

Knowledge of DFT concepts like Scan JTAG and BIST.

Experience with embedded C programming.

Familiarity with hardware description languages such as Verilog or VHDL.

Knowledge of debugging tools such as logic analyzers and oscilloscopes.

Understanding of semiconductor testing using ATE platforms.
Preferred Skills
-
Experience in silicon bring-up and board-level testing.

Knowledge of test automation using Python or scripting languages.

Exposure to yield analysis and production testing.
