Asaleader of theNetwork Support Departmentyou will lead and motivate the team responsible forensuring the most effective and efficient performance of our Supply Chain Network. You will play a pivotal rolein developing Network Supports strategy whileplanning andrunningof divisional and cross-functional programs and initiatives as well as day-to-day operations.With people at the heart of everything we do you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia while enjoying one yourself.
THE ROLE
As theDirector Network Supportyou will lead the team to:
Identify evaluate and plan the resourcing of work in Supply Chainright sizingworkflowsand timing
Ensure the most important Supply Chain lifecycles are realized perfectly
ProjectManage or be the Business Lead on cross-functional initiatives
Align demand and supply building for the business of today and tomorrow
Plan and schedule labour to match business needs withoptimaltalent while controlling labour wastage
Establish efficient and effective fulfillment operations leading to a turnkey client experience
Integrate new infrastructure into and out of Supply Chain
Connect and organize the Supply Chain with business-driven simple and relevant information
THEQUALIFICATIONS
TheDirector Network Supporthas:
Proven skills certifications education and/or experience inSupply Chainmanagementlabour planningandleadingcross-functionalinitiatives
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias ValuesandBusiness and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THECOMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is$150000 - $250000CADperyear. The final agreed uponsalarymay vary based on factors such as job-related knowledgeskillsand experience
