Job Summary
Nurse Manager Emergency Services (ED)
Location: Overland Park KS
Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift
Compensation & Incentives
Hourly Pay Range: $44.27 $61.99
(Placement based on years and depth of Emergency Department leadership experience)Sign-On Bonus: $25000 (2-year commitment)

Role Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Nurse Manager Emergency Services (ED)for an exciting job in Overland Park KS.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational and clinical leadership for the Emergency Department
Oversee staffing scheduling and resource utilization
Ensure delivery of high-quality patient-centered emergency care
Monitor clinical outcomes and staff performance metrics
Ensure compliance with departmental policies procedures and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary and hospital leaders to drive continuous improvement
Lead coach and develop a large multidisciplinary Emergency Department team
Required Qualifications
3 years of recent Emergency Department leadership experience in an acute care setting
Emergency Department Nurse Manager experience strongly preferred
High-acuity ED Charge Nurse leadership experience may be considered
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
BSN preferred (or actively pursuing with completion within 2 years of hire)
Active RN license (Kansas or Compact eligible)
Required within 90 days of hire:
ACLS
TNCC
NIH Stroke Scale
ENPC or PALS
