Team Mission
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to supportOakNorthsCentre of Excellence across automationdataand AI initiatives. You will work with business and technology teams to helpidentifyopportunities shaperequirementsand support delivery of high-impact initiatives across the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business problems and processes toidentifyautomation or AI opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and initiative briefs
- Support business cases benefittrackingand prioritisation
- Produce clear documentation and presentations for stakeholders
- Support delivery and coordination ofCoEinitiatives
What Were Looking For
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Interest in AIautomationand digital transformation
- Clear communicator comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Organised proactive and able to work across multiple workstreams
- Studying or recently graduated in business economics engineering data or similar
