Hours: 37.5 hours

Location: Staindrop County Durham

Salary: 35000 salary per annum commission benefits

Contract: Fixed Term 3-year contract with the option to renew

Raby Homes are currently developing East Leaze a residential development in the picturesque setting of Staindrop County Durham.

We are passionate about creating beautiful living spaces for modern families in bustling village locations built with thoughtful attention to detail and surrounded by green open spaces.

Our diverse range of high-quality homes at East Leaze have been designed by renowned architect Ben Pentreath whose work embodies the highest principles of traditional and classical architecture.

These will be exquisite homes crafted to perfection and we are looking for an enthusiastic passionate individual to introduce them to a discerning audience.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive youll be the face of our Raby Homes developments guiding buyers through every step of the process. You will take home buyers on a seamless customer journey offering clear accurate information and achieving additional sales of premium finishes and extras. From initial enquiry to handing over the keys youll deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage leads and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Conduct viewings and provide detailed information about our homes and developments.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate information to potential customers ensuring all customers can make a well-informed decision regarding their purchase.
  • Build strong relationships with customers ensuring a smooth and positive buying journey.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop sales literature website updates and marketing content.
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
  • Work closely with site teams and mortgage advisors to facilitate completions.

About You

  • Proven experience in sales (property experience preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to truly listen and understand the customers needs and match them to the best home or product.
  • Highly motivated target-driven and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
