Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our dynamic Operations team in Moerdijk The Netherlands. In this role you will be central to delivering first-class customer service and ensuring a smooth coordination of inspection activities. Acting as a key link between customers field inspectors and internal teams you will be responsible for accurate planning clear communication and timely reporting. With a strong focus on quality efficiency and continuous improvement you will help maintain high service standards and support the ongoing success of our operations.

- Practical knowledge of quality services and the factors involved in delivering a quality service.
- Multitasking while maintaining efficiency and quality of service.
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Experience within a customer service or customer-facing environment.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
