Rotational Operations Leadership Programs are committed to growing GE HealthCares entry level high potential talent-people with a passion for technology a drive for technical excellence professional skills and GE HealthCare values-by accelerating their development through intense technical training and a variety of business critical assignments.
Each of the three 8-month rotations includes responsibilities such as:
Manufacturing Operations Supervisor;
Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement material flow);
Technical (lean manufacturing engineer / process engineer);
Environment Health & Safety (site operations support EHS support);
Youll work as part of a team and will be involved in strategic projects to shape the business;
You will gain international experience in at least one rotation outside of your home country within our European sites in Ireland Norway Netherlands and UK. This will give you the opportunity to work with different cultures and different manufacturing environments;
As an OMLP you will join our EMEA Community where together our trainees drive OMLP initiatives engage with future OMLP recruitment network with Leadership and enjoy Engagement Events together.
Preferred Qualifications & Characteristics:
Relevant Masters will be given to persons with a major in Mechanical Industrial Electrical or Environmental Engineering;
Up to 2 years prior experience as an intern or research experience in Engineering or Manufacturing Supply Chain;
Analytical approach and ability to solve problems in a team environment;
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with all levels of the organization showing a growth mindset transparency;
A strong commitment to an international career in supply chain or EHS;
Language skills fluency in English and Dutch;
A sense of curiosity and adventure with willingness to work away from home in a different country for extended periods.
