What Youll Do

  • Ensure new hires are set up for success by provisioning hardware software and access from day one.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and connectivity issues efficiently both in person and remotely acting as the primary on-site IT presence for the office.
  • Respond to help desk requests and manage tickets through our ticketing system with a high level of professionalism and urgency.
  • Assist in managing identity access and endpoint configuration across Intune Entra ID (Azure AD) and M365.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation for technologies workflows and processes to ensure effective knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Support IT projects from conception through to delivery including the rollout of new tools SSO integrations and automation initiatives aligned with best-practice standards.
  • Share insights and propose improvements to optimise IT processes and enhance the overall end-user experience.

Who You Are

What youll need

  • A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware (Windows macOS peripherals AV equipment) and software (cloud-based tools SaaS platforms)
  • Comfort working in a scaling business where time is critical and change is frequent
  • An academic background in technology or business (beneficial but not essential)
  • Ambition to work in a high-growth tech company

Nice to haves

  • Experience automating tasks using scripting languages such as Python PowerShell or Bash and exposure to automation/orchestration platforms.
  • Familiarity with standards such as ISO27001 Cyber Essentials or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
