Are you an experienced hands-on Operations Supervisor who thrives on problem-solving people leadership and fast-moving environments
Do you want to work with cutting-edge IT equipment while leading a motivated production team in an international setting near Eindhoven
The Role
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and take full ownership of daily operations within the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) division. Overseeing a team of approximately 10 production employees you will play a key role in ensuring IT equipment is processed efficiently safely and in line with customer SLAs.
With your structured yet people-focused leadership style youll motivate your team optimize workflows and continuously improve processes related to server and storage equipment. Youll collaborate closely with operations colleagues to deliver customer-focused solutions while maintaining high standards for quality safety and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the ITAD operations team ensuring smooth day-to-day execution
- Plan and coordinate the efficient processing of all incoming IT equipment in line with customer SLA requirements
- Set clear goals for employees and actively coach motivate and guide them in skills development training and personal growth
- Monitor and enforce company policies related to Health & Safety Quality and Environmental standards
- Adjust production planning and priorities to respond effectively to unexpected deliveries or changing volumes
What youll bring
- At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Solid knowledge of IT equipment and technology ideally within operations or production environments
- Proven ability to plan production work manage priorities and stay flexible under pressure
- A practical motivating leadership style with a strong focus on quality and teamwork
