Marketplace Operations Manager

At Cutr were looking for a Project Manager to join our team and scale Projects.

Full-time Amsterdam Netherlands

About the job

Seeking a construction/interior/engineering professional with wood industry experience to manage and automate complex production/interior projects for Cutrs strategic customers.

This role entails working alongside multiple stakeholders including internal team members from product through sales teams to customers contractors and various manufacturers across the industry.

As a tech business this role involves building foundational software while managing projects and translating workflows into scalable software solutions.

This is not a traditional project management role. Expect to manage upwards of 30 projects from day 1. Success in role looks like finding opportunities to automate and scale yourself and your team whilst maintaining a high quality on delivered projects.

About you

You love working with customers and have experience managing multiple stakeholders from clients to manufacturers.
Youve worked in the world of manufacturing and get excited about solving inefficiencies through tech.
You are comfortable taking responsibility and being a self-starter in a high-paced startup environment.
Youre a problem solver with experience turning those learnings into scalable solutions.
You are open to traveling and managing projects with different manufacturers across countries.
Experience working in tech is a big plus!
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
You have a drivers license and a passport.

4. Team chat - Youll come meet more of the team and have lots of time to ask questions and get to know each other a bit more.
