Pay Rate: USD $51.06 - $65.25 per hour

Job Summary:

The Programmatic Media Senior Specialist is a key individual contributor within the Global Digital Marketing team. This role serves as the in-house programmatic subject matter expert driving strategy and execution across display video native and audio channels. You will collaborate closely with Media Planners Regional Marketers agencies and internal stakeholders to align programmatic media strategies with brand awareness and demand generation objectives through innovative and data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support global programmatic media execution to achieve brand awareness and demand generation goals.
  • Assist in building and optimizing programmatic strategies including targeting tactics placements partners and creative approaches.
  • Monitor campaign performance and budget pacing delivering insights to inform strategic decisions and roadmaps.
  • Activate and support advanced capabilities such as first-party data utilization audience creation and retargeting strategies.
  • Partner with media agencies to ensure seamless execution campaign management account hygiene and ongoing optimization.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to recommend refinements to targeting creative bidding and optimization strategies.
  • Support tagging trafficking and troubleshooting of programmatic campaigns to maintain data accuracy and tracking integrity.
  • Collaborate with Web Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to enhance tracking measurement frameworks and user experience.
  • Utilize industry verification and measurement tools (e.g. Moat IAS DoubleVerify) to support brand safety viewability and fraud prevention.
  • Work with ad platforms and exchanges to test new programmatic features and beta opportunities.
  • Document maintain and share programmatic best practices while supporting operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media; agency management experience is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in The Trade Desk Google Ads and Google Campaign Manager.
  • Proven experience onboarding and scaling DSPs and ad servers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience working in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing demand generation and brand media.
  • Content syndication media management experience.
  • Familiarity with advanced audience strategies and first-party data activation.
