Job Description: Technical Support Specialist at Hard Rock Digital
About Hard Rock Digital:

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone email or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the online sports betting platform
- Assist customers with account setup deposit/withdrawal processes and general inquiries
- Document and track customer issues to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
Desired Experience:
- 1-8 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Experience with online sports betting platforms is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools
Salary & Benefits:
