Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers regarding renewable energy products and services offered by Greentech Renewables
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to solar electrical and renewable energy products
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide detailed technical information to customers
  • Assist in product installations maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and advancements in renewable energy technology

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy or related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical components
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of best practices in renewable energy installation and maintenance

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-9 years of experience in a technical support role preferably within the renewable energy industry
  • Experience working with solar contractors and developers is a plus
  • Certifications in solar energy or related fields are advantageous

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $54000
  • Maximum Salary: $88000
