Job Summary
Job Description:
- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers regarding renewable energy products and services offered by Greentech Renewables
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to solar electrical and renewable energy products
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide detailed technical information to customers
- Assist in product installations maintenance and repairs as needed
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and advancements in renewable energy technology
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical components
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge of best practices in renewable energy installation and maintenance
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2-9 years of experience in a technical support role preferably within the renewable energy industry
- Experience working with solar contractors and developers is a plus
- Certifications in solar energy or related fields are advantageous
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $54000
- Maximum Salary: $88000
