Director of Case Management

Location: Myrtle Beach South Carolina
Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift No Weekends
Shift Structure: 710 hour administrative shifts

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: $117423 $155000 (commensurate with experience)

• Annual Incentive Bonus: 17.5%

• Sign-On Bonus: $10000

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Director of Case Managementfor an exciting job in Myrtle Beach SC.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Clinical Leadership

• Direct and evaluate all Case Management operations including staffing models FTE utilization onboarding competencies and workflow optimization

• Ensure effective care coordination and discharge planning across the hospital

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies regulatory standards and standard operating procedures

Performance Improvement & Throughput

• Analyze operational and clinical data to improve length of stay patient throughput and resource utilization

• Lead sustainable performance improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies

• Partner with finance and executive leadership to achieve productivity quality and cost targets

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

• Build strong partnerships with executive leadership including the CMO CNO CFO and ancillary department leaders

• Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance Legal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and regulatory alignment

People Leadership

• Lead mentor and develop a Case Management team of approximately 30 FTEs

• Foster a culture of accountability engagement and professional growth

• Drive leadership development and succession planning within the department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Required

• Masters Degree in Nursing Health Administration or Business Administration Preferred

• Active RN LCSW or LMSW license Required

• Minimum 3 years of recent acute care hospital Case Management experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of Case Management leadership experience Required
