Job Summary
The Junior Information Systems Administrator is a foundational high-impact role within Syntechs newly formalised Business & Systems Operations (Bus & Sys Ops) department.
As Syntech successfully scales our operational backbone requires a strategic improvement. Your primary mission is to be the frontline resource for system stability ownership and process integrity enabling our planned exponential growth.
You will play a direct role in transforming years of institutional knowledge into resilient scalable systems. This role is essential for ensuring data accuracy and moving our operational focus from effective management to strategic optimisation
You will gain unparalleled hands-on experience in automation and process enablement across our core applications (ERP CRM E-commerce) directly supporting the Information Systems Specialist and the entire team in fostering a future-ready data-driven organisation.

Minimum Requirements
Requirements.
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Information Systems Computer Science or equivalent.
- Prior internship or experience administering any major ERP (e.g. Fincon Oracle MS Dynamics) or CRM (e.g. ) system.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a curiosity to investigate issues and find root causes. Excellent technical communication (writing clear documentation and user guides).
- Basic knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and SQL
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools such as n8n Make and/or Zapier
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with modern work management tools.
- Understanding of OOP.
- Basic Understanding of how to work with data (preferably JSON)
- Basic understanding of AI and AI concepts
