Qualification:MBA/Post Graduation
Experience: 3 - 4 Years HR experience
Salary : 30000 - 35000 per month
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting screening interviews and onboarding.
* Oversee employee performance management goal setting and appraisal processes.
* Implement and manage compensation benefits and employee welfare programs.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws company policies and employment regulations.
* Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary procedures.
* Lead employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
* Maintain employee records HR documentation attendance and leave management.
* Support payroll processes and administer employee benefits.
* Ensure clear internal communication across teams and departments.
* Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
* Oversee office supplies equipment maintenance and facility management.
* Coordinate company meetings events and travel arrangements.
* Assist in budgeting and financial planning for HR and administrative activities.
* Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health and safety standards.
* Mentor and manage HR & administrative staff to improve team performance.
* Address employee queries conflicts and workplace issues effectively.
* Support employee training learning and development initiatives.
